Website and Inquiry Privacy Policy
Brighter NeuroTherapeutics
(Advanced Psychiatric Services, PLLC)
Last updated: September 24, 2026
Advanced Psychiatric Services, PLLC, operating as Brighter NeuroTherapeutics ("Brighter," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our public website, general inquiries, and requests for a discovery call, including requests submitted through our social media advertisements.
Health information and clinical care
Information relating to your health, treatment, or payment for care may be protected by HIPAA and other applicable laws. Information you provide while seeking care may also be protected, even before you become a patient. For information governed by HIPAA, our Notice of Privacy Practices explains the applicable uses, disclosures, and individual rights. That notice and applicable law control if they differ from this website policy.
This policy does not replace our Notice of Privacy Practices or authorize uses or disclosures that require a separate authorization. Read our Notice of Privacy Practices, or contact us for a paper copy.
Information collected through inquiries
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, telephone number, email address, and message. We also receive information needed to manage your request, such as when it was submitted and whether we have responded.
Our advertising callback form requests an adult's name and telephone number so we can respond to a discovery-call request. It does not ask for diagnoses, symptoms, medications, insurance identifiers, or medical records. Please do not provide those details through advertising forms, social media comments, or general website messages. We can explain how to communicate clinical information through an appropriate channel.
How inquiry information is used
We use inquiry information to respond to your request, contact you about a discovery call, coordinate scheduling, answer general questions, and maintain records of our communications. We may also use information as necessary to protect our systems, address misuse, and meet legal obligations.
Submitting a callback request allows us to contact you about that request. It does not enroll you in recurring promotional calls, texts, or emails or authorize unrelated marketing uses. You may ask us to stop following up about an inquiry.
Who may receive information
Practice personnel and service providers supporting inquiry handling may receive information needed for their work. These services may include website hosting, communications, scheduling, and transfer of callback requests to the practice's inquiry-management system. Where required, service providers handling protected health information must be covered by appropriate agreements and safeguards.
We may disclose information when legally required or otherwise permitted by applicable law, including to respond to valid legal process. Additional uses or disclosures requiring your authorization will be handled through a separate authorization process.
We do not sell personal information. We do not provide patient medical information to advertising platforms for targeted advertising.
Facebook, Instagram, and other third-party services
If you submit a form within Facebook or Instagram, Meta operates the form and processes information under its own privacy policy. Brighter receives the information you submit so we can respond. Meta's handling of information is separate from our handling after receipt. You can contact us by telephone instead of using a social media form.
Third-party websites and services linked from our website have their own privacy practices. A link does not mean that Brighter controls those practices. This policy does not treat social media platforms or ordinary website forms as confidential clinical messaging channels.
Website technology and cookies
Our website and its hosting services may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, and access times. Cookies and similar technologies may support website functions and, depending on the tools enabled, traffic measurement.
You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls provided on our website. Blocking some cookies may affect website features. This policy does not itself provide consent or authorization to disclose protected health information through analytics or advertising technology.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information for the purposes described here and to meet applicable recordkeeping, legal, and operational requirements. Clinical records are subject to separate retention requirements. A request to delete an inquiry may not require deletion of records we must retain by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect information. No communication method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us for guidance before sending sensitive clinical information electronically.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to correct your contact information, stop follow-up about an inquiry, or request access to or deletion of information, subject to applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Rights concerning medical records are described in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Parents, caregivers, and adolescents
Our advertising callback forms are intended for adults. Parents and caregivers should provide their own contact details when asking about services for an adolescent. Please arrange any discussion of an adolescent's health information directly with the practice. Consent to treatment, access to records, and confidentiality are handled according to applicable law and the circumstances of care.
Changes to this policy
We will post revisions on this page and update the date above. If a change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required by law.
